Abstract: THE POST-ENUMERATION SURVEY IS DESIGNED TO EVALUATE THE COMPLETENESS O THE 1990 DECENNIAL CENSUS. THE PURPOSE OF THE FOLLOW-UP IS TO GATHER NAMES AND DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS TO ENABLE MATCHING OF PES AND CENSUS DATA. APPROXIMATELY 67,750 RESPONDENTS NATIONWIDE WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE FOLOWUP AND QUALITY CONTROL ACTIVITIES.
