Abstract: THE PHS CONTRACTORS PROFILE SYSTEM APPLICATION PROVIDES SMALL AND MINORITY BUSINESSES THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE CONSIDERED AS SOURCES TO BID OR PROPOSE ON PHS ACQUISITIONS. THE SYSTEM IS MANDATED BY PUBLIC LAW 95-507, AMENDMENTS TO THE SMALL BUSINESS AND SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT ACT OF 1958.
