Abstract: THESE REGULATIONS SET FORTH CONDITIONS OF COVERAGE AND METHODS OF DETERMINING REIMBURSEMENT FOR PHYSICIANS' SERVICES FURNISHED IN HOSPITALS, SNFS, AND CORFS AND REIMBURSED BY MEDICARE. PHYSICIAN SPENDS IN FURNISHING SERVICES TO TH PROVIDER & TO THE PATIENTS. IT ALSO REQUIRES ANESTHESIOLOGISTS TO STATE ON THEIR BILL OR CLAIM FORM WHETHER THE CRNA IS EMPLOYED BY THE THE PHYSICIAN, ETC.
