Abstract: SECTION 502.3 OF THE SAVINGS ASSOCIATION REGULATIONS REQUIRES ALL ENTITIES SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS AND SEC FILINGS TO THE OTS FOR ITS REVIEW AND APPROVAL A STATEMENT SHOWING THE AMOUNT OF THE ENCLOSED FILING FEE AND HOW THE FEE WAS CALCULATED. THE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT THE FEE IS ACCURATE AND TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESSING.
