THE STATES/TERRITORIES NOTIFY THE AGENCY OF THIS REGISTRATION ACTION WHENEVER THEY TAKE SUCH REGULATORY ACTION. THE AGENCY USES THIS INFORMATION TO ASSURE CONFORMITY WITH THE FIFRA.
