Abstract: AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF THE COINSURANCE PROGRAM IS HUD'S RESPONSIBILIT TO MONITOR LENDERS AND TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTORY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. THIS COLLECTION OF CERTAIN UNDERWRITING DOCUMENTS WILL ENABLE HUD TO EVALUATE AND REVIEW NEW COINSURANCE LENDER'S UNDERWRITING PRACTICES.
