Abstract: THE ETHICS IN GOVERNMENT ACT OF 1978 (P.L. 95-521, AS AMENDED), 5 U.S.C. APPENDIX III, PARA. 205, PROVIDES THAT EACH AGENCY SHALL MAKE THE FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS FILED WITH IT AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ONLY UPON WRITTEN APPLICATION BY EACH SUCH PERSON. THE OGE FORM 201 SERVES AS THE APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS THE DISCLOSURE.
