Abstract: THE FISHING TRIP RECORD (SHELLFISH) IS REVISED BY THE SUBMISSION OF AMENDMENT 8 TO THE SURF CLAM/OCEAN QUAHOG FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN. TH AMENDMENT IMPLEMENTS A SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT USING INDIVIDUAL TRANSFERABLE QUOTAS. THE SHELLFISH FISHING TRIP RECORD RECORDS THE HARVEST AND LANDINGS OF SURF CLAMS AND OCEAN QUAHOGS AND IS USED TO TABULATE TOTAL AND INDIVIDUAL QUOTAS.
