We shall review the paperwork requirements in the final rule in their entirety when submitted for review. ********** OSHA shall ensure that the contents of Applications for Federal Accreditation are the least burdensome necessary. Specifically, OSHA shall consider whether it is necessary to require submission of ALL examinations, textbooks, and lesson plans, rather than a summary of each.
