Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS BEING CONDUCTED TO HELP THE SERVICE FULFILL ITS RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER OMB CIRCULAR A-132. THE DATA COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO IDENTIFY AREAS WHERE THE SERVICE CAN IMPROVE ITS ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUAL TAXPAYERS, SMALL BUSINESS TAXPAYERS AND TO THE PRACTITIONER COMMUNITY.
