Abstract: STATES, METROPOLITAN CITIES, URBAN COUNTIES AND TERRITORIES ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A COMPREHENSIVE HOMELESS ASSISTANCE PLAN AND ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE UNDER TITLE IV HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANTS, SUPPORTIVE HOUSING DEMONSTRATION, SUPPLEMENTAL ASSISTANCE FOR FACILITIES TO ASSIS THE HOMELESS, AND SECTION 8 ASSISTANCE FOR SINGLE ROOM OCCUPANCY.
