FOR USE BY UNIT INVESTMENT TRUSTS OTHER THAN INSURANCE COMPANY
SEPARATE ACCOUNTS TO REGISTER AS INVESTMENT COMPANIES UNDER THE
INVESTMENT COMPANY ACT OF 1940 AND REGISTER THEIR SECURITIES FOR
SALE TO THE PUBLIC UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933. PART I OF FORM
N-7 CONTAINS THE PROSPECTUS, THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SELLING
DOCUMENTS FOR THESE COMPANIES.
