Abstract: THE REGULATION AMENDS PART 251, TEMPORARY EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987 TO ALLOW THE TRANSFER OF SECTION 32 COMMODITIES AMONG RECIPIENT AGENCIES AND EMERGENCY FEEDING ORGANIZATIONS, THE STANDARDS FOR COMMODITY LOSS LIABILITY AND THE PROCEDURES FOR DETERMINING EACH STATE CONTRIBUTION TOWARD MEETING THE REQUIRED MATCH OF A PORTION OF THE FEDERAL FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER TEFAP.
