Abstract: NIAAA NEEDS INFORMATION TO ADDRESS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL MANDATES O THE ANTI-DRUG ABUSE ACT OF 1988 AND YEAR 2000 HEALTH OBJECTIVES.
