Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIS REGULATION IS USED TO ESTABLISH THAT ALIENS MEET CERTAIN RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTITLEMENT TO SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME BENEFITS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF ALIENS WHO FILE CLAIMS FOR SSIE AND DO NOT MEET THE "NORMAL" RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.
