Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTION IS NEEDED TO SUPPORT VERIFICATION OF TONNAGES OF COAL USED FOR REPORTING PURPOSES FOR OPERATORS WISHING TO TAKE THE DEDUCTION FOR EXCESS MOISTURE PROVIDED FOR IN THIS RULEMAKING.
