We have approved
the revised Job Corps questionnaire for three years, the maximum
period permitted by the Paperwork Reduction Act, and have reversed
our earlier disapproval of the question, "Have you ever attempted
suicide?" The agency has fully responded to our concerns on utility
and privacy, and we approve this question for inclusion on the
form.
