Abstract: PL 99-440 AND EO 12532 PROVIDE THAT THE USG WILL NOT PROVIDE CERTAIN EXPORT SUPPORT TO US NATIONALS OPERATING IN SOUTH AFRICA UNLESS THEY IMPLEMENT THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS SPECIFIED IN THE LAW, EO AND REGULATIONS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IN THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE WITH THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT THIS REQUIREMENT.
