ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES (CSEA'S) TO REQUEST FROM IRS CERTAIN TAX
RETURN INFORMATION WHICH IS THEN USED TO ASSIST IN THE COLLECTION
OF DELINQUENT CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS. IRS NEE THE INFORMATION FROM
THIS FORM TO IDENTIFY THE TAXPAYER ON WHOM THE CSEA REQUESTS THE
TAX RETURN INFORMATION. FURTHERMORE, THE CSEA MUST ESTABLISH THAT
THE INFORMATION IS NOT REASONABLY AVAILABLE FROM ANY
