Abstract: THIS ONE-TIME INFORMATION COLLECTION ACTIVITY IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SURVEYING STATES REGARDING CURRENT COMPLAINT PROCEDURES. THE ACTIVITY IS REQUIRED BY THE UNDER SECRETARY AND THE INFORMATION WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC UPON REQUEST.
