Abstract: THE COMMISSION REVIEWS INFORMATION COLLECTED ON FERC-548 FOR REQUESTS FOR ADJUSTMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH NGPA (SECTION 502(C)) TO PREVENT SPECIAL HARDSHIP, INEQUITY THAT MIGHT OCCUR UNDER THE COMMISSION'S REGULATIONS. RM89-16 IS PROPOSED TO AMEND THE COMMISSION'S REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE DECONTROL ACT.
