Abstract: MORGAGEES WHO CANNOT COMPLETE FORECLOSURE AND CLAIMS ACTIONS WITHIN REGULATORY TIME FRAMES REQUEST AN EXTENSION OF TIME BY LETTER AND THE FIELD OFFICE RESPONDS BY LETTER. THE PROPOSED FORM WILL REPLACE THE PRESENT EXCHANGE OF CORRESPONDENCE AND WILL SIMPLIFY THE REQUEST PROCEDURE.
