Abstract: THE COMMUNITY DISASTER LOAN PROGRAM, AN ASPECT OF THE DISASTER RELIEF ACT OF 1974, PUBLIC LAW 93-288, OFFERS LOANS TO DISASTER AFFECT LOCAL GOVERNMENTS WITH THE POSSIBILITY THAT ALL OR PART OF THE LOAN COULD BE CANCELLED. BASIC AUTHORITIES ARE CONTAINED IN SECTION 417, P.L. 93-288 AS AMENDED, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS 44 CFR 206 SUBPART K.
