Abstract: THE SERVICES ORDERED/DELIVERED REPORT IS NEEDED FOR THE PROGRAM AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE TELEPROCESSING SERVICES PROGRAM. IT SERVES AS THE BASELINE FROM WHICH IRMS DETERMINES PAYMENT AND IS A CHECK AND BALANCE WITH INVOICES THAT GSA REVIEWS AND UPON WHICH IT IS MADE. THE RESPONDENTS TO THE PROGRAM ARE REMOTE COMPUTING COMPANIES.
