Abstract: THE 13 FORMS INCLUDED UNDER THE CLEARANCE NUMBER ARE USED TO COLLECT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE RURAL ABANDONED MINE RECLAMATION ACT UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF PL 95-87, SECTION 406. THIS PROGRAM AUTHORIZED FEDERAL TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL LONG-TERM COST-SHARING ASSISTANCE FOR CONSERVATION TREATMENT TO ELIGIBLE LAND USERS.
