Abstract: THE SURVEY WILL COLLECT DATA FOR COMPARING CHARACTERISTICS AMONG DIFFERENT GROUPS OF BUSINESS OWNERS. THESE DATA ARE NECESSARY FOR EVALUATING EXISTING GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE BUSINESSES AND TO PLAN AND MANAGE FUTURE PROGRAMS AND RESEARCH EFFORTS.
