Abstract: THE PROJECT LICENSE PROCEDURE IS A SINGLE LICENSE FOR THE EXPORT OF COMMODITIES AND/OR TECHNICAL DATA NEEDED FOR LARGE-SCALE OVERSEAS OPERATIONS. IT ELIMINATES THE NECESSITY FOR THE FILING AND PROCESSING OF NUMEROUS INDIVIDUAL EXPORT LICENSE APPLICATIONS.
