Abstract: THE IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT (INA) AS AMENDED BY IMMIGRATION REFORM AND CONTROL ACT (IRCA) REQUIRES THE DOL AND USDA TO ESTIMATE POTENTIAL ADDITIONS TO THE SUPPLY OF SEASONAL AGRICULTURAL SERVICE (SA WORKERS FROM AMONG DOMESTIC RURAL UNEMPLOYED WORKERS. THIS SURVEY IS TO ALLOW SUCH ESTIMATES TO BE MADE.
