Abstract: THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN CONSIDERING VARIOUS MECHANISMS WHICH WILL BEST FOCUS THE U.S. PRIVATE FINANCIAL SECTOR ON REVITALIZING HEALTH OF EASTERN EUROPE. THIS WILL BE USED AS MARKET RESEARCH TO HELP DEVELOP THE MOST APPROPRIATE MECHANISM.
