IT SAVES TIME FOR THE RESPONDENT IN THAT ALL THE QUESTIONS ARE SIMPLE, A RETURN ADDRESS IS SUPPLIED AND THE BUREAU USES THE INFORMATION TO MAINTAIN A CURRENT STATUS OF FIREARMS DEALER INFORMATION.
