Abstract: 'STUDENT LOANS'. THE GUARANTEE AGENCY QUARTERLY/ANNUAL REPORT IS SUBMITTED BY 59 AGENCIES OPERATING A STUDENT LOAN INSURANCE PROGRAM UNDER AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
