THE OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS
TO ASSESS THE EFFECTS OF DROPOUT PREVENTION EFFORTS ON STUDENTS.
THE FOCUS OF THE 1989-1990 SURVEY OF ALL 89 GRANTEES IS TO IDENTIFY
THE LEVEL OF IMPORTANCE OF SPECIFIC STRATEGIES AND SERVICES AS THEY
RELATE TO OUTCOMES.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
