Abstract: RCRA PROVIDES FOR AUTHORIZATION OF STATE HAZARDOUS WASTE PROGRAMS. TO MAINTAIN AUTHORIZATION A STATE MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT IS PROGRAM MEETS REVISIONS TO STATUTORY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. EPA WILL USE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE STATES TO DETERMINE WHETHER ITS PROGRAM MEETS THESE REQUIREMENTS.
