SEMIANNUAL REPORTS OF EXCEEDANCES WHICH ENABLE ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES TO MONITOR THE LEAK DETECTIONS, ARE REQUIRED. ALSO REQUIRED ARE RECORDS OF OPERATION OF CONTINUOUS EMISSION MONITORING AND OF EXCESS EMISSION FOR SO2. EPA USES RECORDS
