Abstract: THE DOT IS UNDER COURT ORDER TO PUBLISH A FINAL RULE BY 9/22/90 REVISING ITS 1986 RULE ON MASS TRANSIT SERVICES FOR THE HANDICAPPED. DOT NEEDS CURRENT COST AND SERVICE DATA FROM PARATRANSIT SYSTEMS ACROSS THE U.S. TO RECALIBRATE ITS ECONOMETRIC MODEL. DOT AND OMB HAVE AGREED THAT 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE NPRM, THE REFINED ESTIMATES WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT BEFORE OUR RULE
