Abstract: THE PROPOSED RULE WILL REQUIRE APPLICANTS FOR ASSISTANCE FOR SPECIFIC PROJECTS TO DISCLOSE INFORMATION WHICH WILL INCLUDE OTHER GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE BEING REQUESTED, NAMES AND FINANCIAL INTEREST OF ALL INTERESTED PARTIES, AND A REPORT OF EXPECTED SOURCES AND USES OF FUNDS A $200,000 THRESHOLD APPLIES TO THIS DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT.
