Abstract: THE AMERICAN EGG BOARD USES THE FORMS TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF ASSESSMENTS COLLECTIONS FROM EGG HANDLERS, REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS FROM EGG PRODUCERS, AND THE EXEMPT STATUS OF EGG PRODUCERS AND HANDLERS. THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION IS NECESSARY FOR THE REFERENDUM AGENT(S) TO ASCERTAIN ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDITY OF BALLOTS CAST IN A PRODUCER REFERENDUM.
