Abstract: THESE FOCUS GROUPS ARE BEING CONDUCTED TO HELP THE SERVICE FULFILL ITS RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER OMB CIRCULAR A-132. THE DATA COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE THE PERFORMANCE OF IRS SERVICE CENTERS DURING THE 1989 FILING SEASON AND TO INITIATE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CHANGES AND IMPROVEMENTS.
