OF DISSOLUTION. APPROVAL IS REQUIR BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE
OFFICE OF THRIFT SUPERVISION, AND THE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS. PLANS
FOR DISSOLUTION MAY BE DENIED IF THE OFFICE OF THRIFT SUPERVISION
BELIEVES THE PLAN IS INADVISABLE AND NOT IN THE BEST
INTEREST.
