Abstract: 12 CFR 546.4 provides for Federal associations to voluntarily dissolve through the submission of reasons and plan of dissolution Approval is required by the board of directors, OTS, and the association's members. Plans for dissolution may be denied if OTS believes the plan is not in the best interests of concerned parties.
