Abstract: THIS PROPOSED RULE REQUIRES GRANTEES AND STATE RECIPIENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM TO REPORT AND MAINTAIN FOR MONITORING, DATA RELATING TO PROJECTS ASSISTED WITH RRP FUNDS. THE PROPOSED RULE IMPOSES REPORTING BURDENS CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 17 AND RELATED LAWS AND AUTHORITIES.
