Abstract: THIS FINAL RULE REQUIRES GRANTEES AND STATE RECIPIENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM TO REPORT AND MAINTAIN FOR MONITORING, DATA RELATING TO TENANTS ASSISTED BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER REHABILITATION. THE RULE ALSO IMPOSES RECORDKEEPING BURDENS CONSISTENT WITH REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 17 AND RELATED LAWS AND AUTHORITIES.
