Abstract: THE PROPOSED RULES WILL REQUIRE APPLICANTS SEEKING HIGHER SATELLITE CARRIER POWER DENSITY TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR ENGINEERING ANALYSES OUTPUT, ACCOMPLANIED WITH A NARRATIVE SUMMARY AND ALSO PROOF OF CONSEN TO POTENTIALLY AFFECTED PARTIES. SUCCESSFUL LICENSEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN OPERATIONAL AGREEMENTS FROM FUTURE ADJACENT LICENSEES
