Abstract: THIS RULEMAKING AMENDS PART 70 BY REVISING THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIAL LICENSEES. THE AMENDED REGUATION PROVIDES ADDITIONAL DETAILS ON WHEN TO NOTIFY THE NRC RELATIVE TO INCIDENTS IN ORDER TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY.
