Abstract: INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED FROM COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY APPLICANTS SEEKING GRANT SUPPORT UNDER THE USDA HIGHER EDUCATION CHALLEGE GRANTS PROGRAM.
