Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL PROVIDE EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE BRANCHES IMPROVED STATISTICS ON INCOME DISTRIBUTION AND DATA NOT PREVIOUSLY AVAILABLE ON ELIGIBILITY FOR AND PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS.
