Abstract: THE REGULATIONS PROVIDE RULES RELATING TO A EXCLUSION FROM GROUP INCOME FOR CERTAIN RETURNED MERCHANDISE. THE REGULATIONS PROVIDE THAT IN ADDITION TO PHYSICAL RETURN OF THE MERCHANDISE, A WRITTEN STATEMENT LISTING CERTAIN INFORMATION MAY CONSTITUTE EVIDENCE OF THE RETURN.
