Abstract: THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SAVINGS ASSOCIATIONS INTENDING TO USE THE TRANSITION LENDING AUTHORITY IS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL WITH A MEANS OF EVALUATING USE BY THE SAVINGS ASSOCIATION OF THE TRANSITION LENDING AUTHORITY IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY ANY RISKS TO SAFETY AND SOUNDNESS.
