Terms of Clearance: OMB approves this information collection under the following term o One-year clearance is granted, in light of the upcoming Follow-Through reauthorization. o ED must address OMB concerns listed in the attached 8/21 memorandu and should do so in regulations arising from the reauthorization legislation and in the new Performance Report due out next year. Thes concerns relate to points that ED maintained were inappropriate in a final report, when neither the performance report nor the regulations required respondents to address the points at issue. o ED should add to the first paragraph of the Project Narrative--Par II, Project Quantification, the following phrase at the end of the paragraph: ", analyzing the differences between the two."
