Abstract: DATA ARE NEEDED TO GENERATE AN ACCURATE INFORMATION BASE AND ANALYTIC CAPABILITY FOR HUD TO ANTICIPATE AND ASSESS CHANGES IN THE INSURED INVENTORY. THE RESEARCH WILL DESCRIBE THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE STOCK INCLUDING FINANCIAL, PHYSICAL CONDITION, OWNER, TENANT AND LOCAL MARKET DATA FOR A SAMPLE OF HUD INSURED PROPERTIES.
